Is the technology unique? Is the technology protected? Can the technology disrupt large existing markets? Can the technology be positioned in today’s global market place. Is there a defined path were this technology will lead us?

Client Value

What problem does this company solve? How well is this solution compared to alternative solutions? How will the solution value be communicated to the prospective clients? We allocate majority of our capital in companies already having greater than one Million Dollars in revenue in the last two consecutive years. Our investment size can range from $100,000 to greater than 2 Million Dollars. We can be the lead investor, sole investor or we may join other venture capital firms and investors in making an investment.
